EY All-Staff Meeting 2024
We look back on an impressive event in Hamburg, where we, as the event technology service provider in charge, were able to make a significant contribution to its design. Together with our client Markus Beham (BEHAM OBJECT | PROJECT GMBH & CO. KG), we brought a unique tent city to life for 1,300 guests and enhanced the multi-day conference hosted by EY GmbH & Co. KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and EY Consulting GmbH with the visually striking use of our event technology.
A particular challenge was developing a stage design that would blend harmoniously into the tent city and showcase all the content to its best advantage on an impressive 180-square-meter main media screen.
In addition to the technical setup—provided by our event technology team—highlights such as get-togethers, workshops, inspiring talks, walking acts, and DJs complemented the EY All Staff Meeting 2024 event and created unforgettable moments.
