What event technology does Sinus offer?
Our portfolio covers all areas of event technology: lighting, sound, video, stage, and truss systems. This is complemented by infrastructure technology such as networking and power distribution. We plan all technical aspects of events holistically and integrate them into a customized, comprehensive solution.
What types of events does Sinus organize?
The spectrum ranges from traditional business formats such as conventions, conferences, annual shareholder meetings, and anniversary celebrations to evening galas, dinners, and award ceremonies, as well as trade shows, roadshows, and product launches. Events can take place in person, in a hybrid format, or entirely online (including the use of our in-house Sinus Studios for livestreams).

Yes. How early should I start planning my event?
Large-scale projects such as trade shows or roadshows lasting several weeks ideally require 6 to 12 months’ lead time to meet venue booking deadlines and obtain permits. For small- to medium-sized corporate events, we recommend 3 to 6 months. However, thanks to our agility and our diverse range of services that can be deployed quickly, we can also handle last-minute requests flexibly and without any issues if necessary.
We’d be happy to provide you with a non-binding consultation early on in your project. You can find the right contact person for this on our contact page.

What kind of equipment is typically needed for a corporate event?
The equipment needed depends on the type, size, and purpose of the event. Professional technical equipment is crucial for ensuring that the event runs smoothly and leaves a compelling overall impression.
Basic sound equipment, including microphones (e.g., headset microphones or handheld microphones), speakers, and a mixing console. For presentations and visual content, projectors or LED screens are typically required, along with appropriate playback equipment such as laptops and presentation remotes. Proper lighting ensures good visibility and sets the mood. Depending on the event, stage lighting, ambient lighting, or special effects lighting may be used. For larger events, cameras, livestreaming equipment, or recording systems can be useful for broadcasting or documenting content. A stable internet connection, Wi-Fi for participants, and, if necessary, technical infrastructure for digital or hybrid formats are often indispensable today.
During a no-obligation consultation with us, we’ll be happy to recommend the technology best suited for your project. Under “Contact,” you’ll find your personal contact person ready to assist you.
