Efficient conversion from conference set-up to evening staging – a hybrid room concept at the Lufthansa Seeheim conference hotel

At the Lufthansa Seeheim conference hotel Sinus Event-Technik was able to show how an existing conference setup can be transformed into an atmospheric evening show production through targeted technical planning and creative design – without costly conversions, but with maximum effect.

Thanks to efficient pre-planning and flexible technical scheduling, the conversion was completed in a very short time – with minimal personnel and material costs, but to great effect for the guests.

This approach shows how technical expertise and event design can go hand in hand to use an existing setup cost-effectively for several event phases – without compromising on quality, impact and staging.
