CONDOR SPECIAL NIGHT

With a spectacular major event, @condorairlines thanked its charismatic boss, Ralf Teckentrup, for an impressive 20 years of joint success under his leadership.

The “Condor Special Night” took place shortly before Christmas in the impressive Technical Hall 7 at Düsseldorf Airport.
Over 200 guests from the worlds of politics, aviation, customers and employees gathered to bid Ralf Teckentrup a fitting farewell.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the ceremonial presentation of the brand new Condor Airbus A330neo aircraft, which was majestically enthroned in the hall.
The new lettering was unveiled: “thank you, tecke”. A truly huge surprise that turned out perfectly.

Condor commissioned Sinus with the technical planning and implementation of this major event.
In just one day of construction, part of Hall 7 was transformed into a chic event space with a catering area, bar and stage for the guest speakers.
Sinus was responsible for the entire technical implementation.

Sinus also provided lighting and sound for the international live band “GLOW”. The difficult acoustics in the aircraft hangar were a challenge that Sinus was happy to take on.
By planning the sound system accordingly, Sinus was able to ensure very good speech intelligibility, which was particularly important for the speeches.

The new Airbus A330neo was staged with a modern lighting concept throughout the evening and especially for the ceremonial staging, the lettering was first veiled and later unveiled as the highlight of the evening.

Sinus was once again able to demonstrate how an industrial location can be impressively transformed into a festive setting and an emotional atmosphere with the right lighting concept.
