Leadership Dialogue for Omexom

On behalf of Omexom Germany, we were tasked with planning and executing a two-day leadership dialogue at the Dorint Hotel Frankfurt in Oberursel, with approximately 200 participants.

For the wide variety of keynotes, roundtables, and workshops, the challenge was to ensure clarity and focus, an engaging audiovisual experience, and the right networking atmosphere in equal measure.

The 14-meter-wide stage served as the centerpiece of the entire event. Two high-resolution AluVision LED video walls with a 1.9 mm pixel pitch were integrated into the stage backdrop, which was constructed using our AluVision modules. As a cover, we produced a custom-fit banner in the Omexom brand style.
Using a guided camera and video direction, we provided a live feed on the left video wall. We also provided a voice-optimized sound system, including high-quality headsets, handheld microphones, and a Catchbox.

When it came to stage and room lighting, the focus was not only on creating atmosphere but also on ensuring the lighting was suitable for live camera shots. Technical upgrades for sound and lighting were also installed in the foyer and restaurant. The outdoor area was also designed to create a pleasant ambiance. The terrace was given its own distinctive look, and various trees in the hotel’s park were incorporated into the lighting design.
