Condor Special Night – Farewell to Ralf Teckentrup in Technology Hall 7

With an emotional and impressively staged major event, @condorairlines bid farewell to its charismatic boss, Ralf Teckentrup, for an impressive 20 years of joint success under his leadership.

The “Condor Special Night” took place shortly before Christmas in the impressive Technical Hall 7 at Düsseldorf Airport. Over 200 invited guests from aviation, politics and business came to the impressive hall to celebrate this special occasion.

Sinus Event-Technik took over the complete technical planning and implementation of this extraordinary event – from the conception to the final realization. Within one day, we transformed part of the aircraft hangar into an elegant event space including a stage, bar and catering area. The special challenge: the acoustically demanding environment. Thanks to targeted sound planning, we were able to ensure excellent speech intelligibility during the speeches – a key factor in the success of the evening.

An absolute highlight was the ceremonial presentation of the new Condor Airbus A330neo, which was perfectly staged in the middle of the hall. The lighting design played a key role here: from atmospheric ambient lighting to the emotional unveiling of the new lettering “thank you, tecke”, our team created the perfect moment – technically precise and visually impressive.

The live band GLOW was also supported by Sinus with sound and lighting technology to make their performance impressive and trouble-free despite the special room situation.
