3-day LH WWC 2023 conference with evening events

For Lufthansa AG and MUC AG, Sinus realized the technical planning and implementation of a three-day conference with live audience, get-together, dinner and gala evening including party at the Lufthansa Conference Hotel Seeheim.
An open setup was chosen to suit the schedule, which was adapted to the unique conditions in Seeheim. An impressive stage set-up with a large screen was used, which captivated the audience during the day with a view of the valley, slope and forest, while still allowing the audience to focus on the presentations.
In the evening, an extensive lighting design set the mood for the audience and used sophisticated accents to create contrasts with the respective slots of the event. Special refinement: The highlights of the event were captured photographically and shown live as a mosaic image on the screen – a technical and visual statement.
An impressive sound system was installed throughout the hall, specially calibrated to implement clear speech during the day and fluttering trouser legs in the evening.
Special challenge for Sinus: The extensive technical setup was completely flown with a ceiling height of only 5m. The almost 3m high screen had to be clearly visible from every angle of the hall and, of course, no speaker on stage was allowed to be in the picture. So the truss construction was rethought to be able to “carry” all requirements without visually reducing the size of the hall and to conceal several tons of technology very inconspicuously and clearly. For this purpose, over 200 running meters of Prolyte truss with 16 motors were installed in the roof and precisely and safely monitored with load cells.
With technical precision, aesthetic sensitivity and a great deal of experience, Sinus ensured an event that set standards both functionally and atmospherically.

All in all, it was a successful 3-day conference with many happy faces. We are delighted to have been part of the event team as a technical partner.
