EY ALL STAFF MEETING 2024
We look back on an impressive event in Hamburg, where we were able to make a significant contribution to the design as the responsible event technology service provider. Together with our client Markus Beham (BEHAM OBJECT | PROJECT GMBH & CO. KG), we brought a unique tent city to life for 1,300 guests and enriched the multi-day conference of EY GmbH & Co KG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft and EY Consulting GmbH with the audiovisually appealing use of our event technology. A particular challenge was the development of a stage design that blended harmoniously into the tent city and optimally showcased all content on an impressive main media area of 180 square meters. In addition to the technical implementation, highlights such as get-togethers, workshops, inspiring talks, walking acts and DJs accompanied the event and provided unforgettable moments.
