ICC 2022 GET-TOGETHER LH-CARGO

We had the pleasure of handling the technical planning and execution of LH-Cargo’s two-day get-together. Guests from all over the world were invited.
The LH Conference Hotel Seeheim was the perfect venue for this live event.

On the first day, there was a conference during the day; in the evening, the challenge was to conjure up a cozy campfire atmosphere in the minimalist “Bonhoeffer Foyer” workspace, encouraging guests to reconnect after working from home and quarantine. To achieve this, Sinus bathed the venue in warm colors and complementary motifs, casting it in a completely new light (including the fantastic new Diablos), and added a new dimension to the venue’s character. The stylish and cozy, custom-built wooden lounge furniture from Sinus invited many guests to linger. The evening also featured live music, alternating between guitar and a DJ.

The second day began once again as a traditional conference, alternating between the Bonhoeffer Hall and the foyer, both of which we had already reconfigured. Above the foyer, on the grand Spanish Steps, all the guests were able to find seating for a presentation on stage. Here, the acoustic challenge was to adjust the sound system along both the horizontal and vertical axes without losing the speakers’ spatial positioning. In addition, it was necessary to use particularly powerful projectors and spotlights for the presentations. Here, too, the new Diablos performed superbly, especially in combination with our stylish design stands.

There was also a hybrid session for guests in quarantine, including a live stream to the Chinese-speaking region. Just in case, the event was recorded, of course, so that no one would be left out.

The second evening of the event, a gala themed after *The Great Gatsby*, provided the setting for presentations, acknowledgments, awards, and a short concert that lasted well into the early hours of the morning.

To complement the state-of-the-art conference technology and the stage backdrop featuring the event’s theme, “THE FUTURE IS NOW,” we used our new Roxx B.Flex Lights for the evening, along with matching tubes in various lengths. It was a fantastic light show centered around the DJ and the dance floor.
