When it comes to having the right people in the right place at the right time, everything at Sinus runs through Sascha.<\/p>\n

For three and a half years, he has been the central interface between our specialist staff and the project managers as a personnel and transport planner. He ensures that a reliably functioning team is created from many individual pieces of the puzzle. <\/p>\n

Sascha plans assignments, coordinates processes and always keeps an overview, even when things have to be done quickly.<\/p>\n

His structured manner and flair for people make him an indispensable support in our day-to-day coordination and booking of our freelancers and vehicle logistics.<\/p>\n

In his role, Sascha is not only a strategic planner, but also a contact person, listener and solution finder. Whether changes at short notice, new requirements or spontaneous challenges, he remains calm, thinks ahead and always finds a way. It is precisely this reliability that makes him so valuable to our team! <\/p>\n

And he remains creative even after work: he produces music and experiments with his synthesizer in his small studio at home.<\/p>\n
