\n<\/strong>Felix Lokay and Simon Rist take over the management<\/strong><\/p>\n

After more than 35 years, founder Thorsten Schmidt handed over the management of the company to the next generation on October 1, 2025.<\/p>\n

With immediate effect, Felix Lokay and Simon Rist will take over 100% of the management and shareholder shares of the company based in M\u00f6rfelden-Walldorf near Frankfurt am Main.<\/p>\n

Both have their professional roots at Sinus: they completed their training as event technology specialists here and have played a key role in shaping the company’s development in recent years – Felix as Operations Manager for technical processes, Simon as Head of Sales and Customer Care.<\/p>\n

Thorsten Schmidt: “This step is important for me not only from a business perspective, but also personally. Now is exactly the right time to inject new energy into the management team.”<\/p>\n

A special symbol of the handover: the first self-built spotlight from the company’s youth – “old, rusty, but full of history” – as a baton to the successors. \ud83d\udca1<\/p>\n

Thorsten: “Both stand for the values that have always characterized Sinus – trust, openness, creativity and cohesion. I am proud to see you as the new managing directors.”<\/p>\n

The new managing directors are also looking to the future: “We see our task as preserving the tried and tested while at the same time boldly breaking new ground. Our goal is to continue to set standards in quality and service – with a strong team and exciting projects. For customers, partners and employees, Sinus remains the trusted, reliable partner with new energy.”<\/p>\n
