Lufthansa Group Innovator Award 2025

Fresh ideas deserve to make a grand entrance. The Lufthansa Group ensures this with the annual Innovator Awards in the  @lufthansaseeheim_hotel.

The format offers employees a platform for their personal, future-oriented ideas that could improve the company in some way and recognizes the idea providers with the most innovative approaches.

It was a pleasure for us to once again provide technical and personnel support for the event. There was also a change of scene: this time, the awards did not take place in the Bonhoeffer Hall, but in the so-called Think Terminal of the Seeheimer Hotel. The audiovisual concept was more compact and concentrated, but at least as elegant and atmospheric as in previous years.

In this setup, we provided a stable and high-quality image feed to the existing house screen, a powerful and clear sound system and equipped the presenters and idea generators with eight headsets and a handheld microphone.

The challenge for the lighting concept was to transfer last year’s concept from the Bonhoeffer Saal to the much smaller Think Terminal. In addition to Roxx B.Flex and Astera AX5, eight of our recently purchased P15 HP from JB-Lighting were used, which, thanks to unique gobo shapes, bathed the room in an inviting atmosphere and set the right accents.

Our technical control room was neatly integrated and disguised so that everything in the background could interlock unnoticed but precisely.
