When it comes to having the right people in the right place at the right time, everything at Sinus runs through Sascha.
For three and a half years, he has been the central interface between our specialist staff and the project managers as a personnel and transport planner. He ensures that a reliably functioning team is created from many individual pieces of the puzzle.
Sascha plans assignments, coordinates processes and always keeps an overview, even when things have to be done quickly.
His structured manner and flair for people make him an indispensable support in our day-to-day coordination and booking of our freelancers and vehicle logistics.
In his role, Sascha is not only a strategic planner, but also a contact person, listener and solution finder. Whether changes at short notice, new requirements or spontaneous challenges, he remains calm, thinks ahead and always finds a way. It is precisely this reliability that makes him so valuable to our team!
And he remains creative even after work: he produces music and experiments with his synthesizer in his small studio at home.
