🔥 Good to know:
Blue light, i.e. light with a high Kelvin value, has been proven to inhibit the release of melatonin – ideal for events that are intended to keep you awake for a long time.
Conversely, warm light can be used deliberately as a “cool-down” element after intensive lectures.
