Anschlie\u00dfend entdeckte er seine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr die Eventbranche und entwickelte sich dort bis zu seiner heutigen Rolle als Head of Project Management bei Sinus.<\/p>\n

Noch bevor Ben 2012 fest bei Sinus startete, war er bereits regelm\u00e4\u00dfig aktiv auf Events t\u00e4tig. Seinen Einstieg in die Veranstaltungsbranche fand Ben \u00fcber Technik und Requisite beim Laientheater. Der perfekte Start f\u00fcr jemanden, der Technik und Organisation gleicherma\u00dfen liebt. Seitdem hat er bei Sinus nahezu jede Station durchlaufen: Vom Helfer bei Werkstattarbeiten sowie B\u00fchnen- und Setbau \u00fcber die technische Leitung bis hin zur Senior-Projektleitung. Seit Juli 2023 leitet er nun das Projektmanagement-Team von Sinus.<\/p>\n

Als echter Teamplayer mit einer stets ruhigen Ausstrahlung ist er immer f\u00fcr einen Spa\u00df zu haben. Zudem kann man sich bei ihm jederzeit einen guten Rat einholen, vor allem wenn es um kreative L\u00f6sungen geht!<\/p>\n

Ein besonderes Highlight seiner Laufbahn bei Sinus: bei Jobs in Hamburg und M\u00fcnchen lernte Ben seine Frau kennen und lieben. Manchmal schreibt die Eventbranche eben die sch\u00f6nsten Geschichten.<\/p>\n

Privat ist Ben ein absoluter Familienmensch und verbringt seine freie Zeit am liebsten mit Reisen, Camping oder Projekten rund um Haus und Garten. Au\u00dferdem steht f\u00fcr ihn als Supporter f\u00fcr seinen Sohn regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Baseball auf dem Programm.<\/p>\n
